This Privacy Policy explains how Stock Market Education ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares and protects your personal information when you visit this website or register for our free live educational sessions. By registering or using this website, you agree to the practices described below.
1. Information we collect
When you fill in the registration form to reserve a seat for a live session, we collect the details you provide:
- Full name
- WhatsApp number
- Email address
- City
- Experience level (for example: complete beginner, beginner, intermediate, already trading)
We may also automatically collect limited technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type and the pages you view, through standard server logs. Our registration form includes a hidden anti-spam field that is not used to identify you.
2. How we use your information
We use the information you provide only for the following purposes:
- To send you the joining link, schedule and reminders for the live sessions, via WhatsApp and email.
- To respond to your questions and provide support.
- To share related educational updates and session announcements. You can opt out of these at any time.
- To understand, in aggregate, how many people register and from which cities, so we can improve the sessions.
- To detect and prevent spam, fraud or misuse of the registration form.
We do not use your information to provide personalised investment advice, and we do not sell your information to anyone.
3. Legal basis
We process your information on the basis of your consent, which you give by submitting the registration form, and on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating and improving a free educational service. You can withdraw your consent at any time (see section 7).
4. Sharing your information
We share your information only with:
- Service providers who help us run the service — for example our website hosting provider, email delivery services and WhatsApp/messaging tools. They may process your data only on our instructions.
- Authorities, where we are required to disclose information by law, regulation or valid legal process.
We never sell, rent or trade your personal information.
5. Third-party content on this website
Some pages embed content from third parties, which may set their own cookies or collect usage data when that content loads:
- YouTube (in privacy-enhanced / no-cookie mode) for testimonial videos.
- Google Fonts for typography.
Their use of data is governed by their own privacy policies.
6. Data retention
We keep your registration details for as long as needed to provide the sessions and related updates, and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping. When the information is no longer required, we delete or anonymise it. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.

- Correct information that is inaccurate or out of date.
- Delete your information.
- Stop sending you messages or updates.

This website and our sessions are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
