These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this website and the free live educational sessions offered by Stock Market Education ("we", "us", "our"). By using this website or registering for a session, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or register.
1. Educational purpose only
All content on this website and in our sessions is provided for general education and information only. It is not investment advice, financial advice, portfolio management, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security, derivative or other financial product. We are not a registered investment adviser or research analyst, and nothing we provide should be treated as a personal recommendation.
2. No guarantee of results
Trading and investing in securities involve substantial risk, including the possible loss of capital. We do not guarantee any profit, return or specific outcome. 3. Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information when you register (name, WhatsApp number, email, city and experience level).
- You are responsible for keeping your contact details up to date so you can receive session links and reminders.
- Registration is free. Seats for each live session may be limited and are offered on a first-come basis.
- You must be at least 18 years old to register.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Record, reproduce, redistribute, resell or publicly share session content without our written permission.
- Disrupt a live session or harass other participants or the educator.
- Use the website or sessions for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these Terms.
- Submit false information or attempt to interfere with the website's security or operation.
We may refuse or cancel a registration, or remove a participant from a session, if these Terms are breached.
5. Intellectual property
All materials on this website and in our sessions — including text, graphics, logos, slides and video — are owned by or licensed to Stock Market Education and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to view them for your own learning only.
6. Third-party platforms and links
Sessions may be delivered through, or refer to, third-party platforms (for example video conferencing tools, messaging services or broker platforms). We do not control these platforms and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Your use of them is subject to their own terms.
7. Availability
We aim to run sessions as scheduled but may change, reschedule or cancel a session, or modify the website, at any time without liability. We do not warrant that the website or sessions will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stock Market Education and the people associated with it will not be liable for any trading or investment losses, or for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, arising out of or in connection with your use of the website or sessions or your reliance on any content.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stock Market Education from any claims, losses or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the website or sessions.
